Dumb pension payslip question

Hello,

On my payslip under payments I have my salary, then FL SALARY SACRIFICE which is a minus, and comes off my total payments. So this is my pension?

But then in my deductions I have ERs Pension which is a bit more than the salary sacrifice. I take ERs to be employers contribution, so why is this a deduction for me?

I may have got this wrong, if anyone can explain that would help

The 'ERs pension' figure is usually for info only and isn't actually deducted from you.

Oh yeah when I add up all deductions myself that isnt actually included, why write it like that! Thanks!
