Under front luggage lid (bonnet) condensation.

My new (to me)'89 3.2 Carrera is suffering from heavy condensation under the front (bonnnet) lid. I guess the warmth from the footwells heats the luggage compartment air and in turn, it condensates out against the (cooler)underside of the lid, when the temp drops. There seems no ventilation under there, so it's not drying out.
Anybody out there have a fix and do later cars have this problem?

Been using 911 from 1971 , up to 993 as daily drivers for over 30 years ...........if its outside and weather conditions warm and muggy = condensation under bonnet !!!
Any cures other than get another garage pse let me know ?

Check the drain hole in the front luggage compartment (centrally between tank and front slam panel) - i had a similar problem and found this was blocked and some moisture had gathered. Also check the state of your bonnet seals

There is some collected water. Didin't know about drain - will check - thanks.
