I downloaded it the other day, played a couple of hours so far between Elden Ring and Nightreign sessions. Graphics are very twee but quite distinctive and, presentation and UI is a bit Unity-spec but it plays well and there seems to be a huge amount of stuff to unlock, customise and tweak. It's definitely a significant step up in quality from Vampire Survivors.
