Peugeot 308 Air Con/General Ventilation Touchscreen Controls

Hi everyone! I picked up a 2016 308 SW (2.0 bluetech diesel) about a week ago, which is in great condition, drives great, however I'm perplexed by a lack of air distribution controls on the touchscreen! I'm aware the distribution controls should be above the fan symbol (3 options blowing up, straight and down) split by the two small blue dots.

All functionality of the air system is working well - it gets hot, cold (ac probably needs a recharge but it's working), the windscreen blower/demist works well, all vents are functioning. When selecting the windscreen demist the air shifts entirely to the windscreen vent so I'm guessing it's not a mechanical issue.

Key questions I've got are - why? And how can I fix it to get the air distribution controls back?

I've tried a factory reset of the touchscreen system but nothing else as yet - would really appreciate any assistance and shared knowledge! I'm generally quite handy and capable of taking stuff apart so feel free to suggest anything.

Have you slipped it into Auto Mode.

Thanks for the reply. I have indeed. And still the same - no distribution controls.

Looking on eBay there's plenty of screen units I might try and switch one in but I'd rather not have to spend the money.

I'm aware you can upgrade the software - but can't find where to download this. Does anyone know where software updates can be downloaded?
