Hi All :)
I'm going to Keevil Airfield for a motorsport day (Driving a Noble M12 GT03, 911 GT Cup Race Car, Caterham Superlight, Focus Touring Car - woooo !:)) on the 14th (corporate day). Anyone got any experience on this track ? Any info/tips to avoid any public feux pas ? :D

Drove a caterham. Still using Michelin pile-ups, so can't comment really. Tyre wear on those is none existant and grip isn't exactly good either with those. Was only my second track day so not much use I am afraid. What I can say though is MSE are a top bunch of blokes and it was a very enjoyable day.

In the invite i have been given it says that there is plenty of runoff on the track and the instructors will positively encourage us to push the limits of the cars..i cant wait !! Especially for the 911 as thats my dream motor - even more so in full race trim !

Have been several times for Motor-Sport-Events days. Track quality is a bit variable - you're moving from sections of the old main runway to some taxiways (no Nissan Bluebird jokes please!), but overall its perfectly OK - just not like new motorway tarmac.
The run-off areas are huge in that there's no barriers/buildings or anything else to hit - just grass. On some corners there's also quite a lot of tarmac run-off before you get to the grass. Overall you'd have to be trying very very hard to have an issue, other than collecting another car on a spin.
It's a great place to explore limits. Particularly like the long left-hander after the hairpin; get the turn-in right and you can power right through it.
I'd love to run one of those Nobles round.

I was just asking if there were any notorious sections of the circuit where i could have lunch massively and embarrass myself in front of my colleagues, i cant let that happen as i'll never hear the end of it !!

Why else do you think they're coming along?
Seriously though, the right-hander on the back of the circuit is easy to go into too fast, although there's more width to use than you think. Had an interesting 360 in the passenger seat of my last 911 when my mate made a complete fudge of it and then lifted off in shock as the back began to go
