Free SatNav Radars/Cameras

Gone back to using an oldish SatNav, I want to update it with up-to-date speed camera/red light/radar POIs, does anyone know if there are free downloads available for this? Every site I have tried requires payment.

Would pay if this was a long term solution for me but it is just for a few months - and I don't use a smart phone so no Waze.

I think Garmin Express still works with their satnavs and it was free last time I tried it.
Dunno about other brands but if they're the only free option buying a used Garmin might work out cheapest
