Land valuation
Discussion
My partner and I have a 0.5 acre paddock to the rear of our property with great views over a reservoir. An estate agent who visited to value the house last year said it was a "gold mine" if we could get permission to develop it. What I don't know is who to contact for a valuation/viability survey to be done. We will be moving in a couple of years so would not develop the land ourselves, just draw up plans which could be sold alongside the house and boost our proceeds.
Thanks for any advice.

Just drawing up plans won’t add much. Any valuation uplift will come from actually getting planning permission (which will require some investment). Bet bet is to speak to a planning consultant…Thanks for any advice.
