Noticed a couple of earlier threads relating to this, but not a great deal of detail.

Just wondering who has changed out their OEM equipment and for what?
Particularly interested in replacing the speakers and wondering about access. Like my music loud but with a fair degree of quality at the same time.

Do a post and put "" at the end (again, no double quotes).

If that fails to work, replace IMG with PIC

cheers Pete.
I'd be interested in seeing the pics and also knowing what spec speakers you used.

Hey Sno - Im just working on the images now for you.
Should be up in around 5 minutes.

I chose this Pioneer Head Unit simply because I felt the Appearance fitted in with the overall style of the Interior. I did not want anything too Modern and this Unit has a Retro Style to it (Imo)

More pics up in a mo..

This Head Unit has an excellent Power output so I decided to not use an amp in the 3200 as this was more than sufficient when in use with the Apline Speakers.

Only Down Side to the Apline Speakers in the Doors is that when people get out of the car they tend to dent the speaker covers ! So Im forever collecting new Grills! The Sound from these though are outstanding!
I listen to a lot of Hip Hop for example and the Quality / range throughout the system is perfect for my requirement. Email me Sno if you are anywhere on the South Coast and if my soddin car (see other post!)decides to work for more than a hour we can meet up mate.

This last Pic is not great but you can just about see the rear Side covers are untouched with custom fit Apline's back there.

We also used custom fit at the back of the car and additional Sound Proofing to achieve a Sound which is based more on clarity rather than overall Power.
