Hello

This is Dave from PistonHeads Auctions

I just wanted to add an update that this car is HPI clear. As part of our process we check this, and it is also in the description, so all is good.

Kind Regards
Dave

I see the early Maranello history , has it always been serviced at a recognised ( non independant) Maserati dealer and is the extended warranty still in place . Thanks

Yes, all official Maserati/Ferrari centres, except the last one (which was Hypermotors, a local high performance car service specialist).

Sorry. I thought HPi meant that it had Hire Purchase on it. It was bought for cash so it "definitely not" have Hire Purchase on the vehicle. My mistake - sorry for the confusion!

Hi ,
Has the service book been found as yet and what caused
the staining on the bonnet lining and red carpets ?
Many thanks , Ian.

Will continue looking tomorrow for service book. Re staining, I didn't know there was any?

The question on staining on head lining, refers to the discolouration in the pictures in the pictures where the bonnet is open and the picture is taken pointing up to show the lining.

Has the car ever suffered overheating or a head gasket or any issues that would lead to liquids going onto the under bonnet lining please?

No idea what caused that (condensation perhaps). I have never had a single problem with it except for a faulty front parking sensor - meaning, typically, all 4 sensors had to be replaced!
And actually, until some sensible bids start coming in, I am not going to answr any more questions. God loves a trier, but be sensible.
