Fold out (Oxford) safety reflectors

I used to see them a lot in the 80s and 90s. Obviously they’re dorky as hell, but why doesn’t anyone fit them any more?

Also, with the introduction of lightweight LED blinking rear lights, why doesn’t anyone manufacture a version with an inbuilt light rather than just a reflector? Or do they?
