Radford Type 62 2

All the doom and gloom about Lotus over the past week had made me wonder how many Radford Type 62 2 cars were made. I realise that 62 cars was the plan, but we know that it didn't end well. Did Lotus supply 62 chassis, and are there any that Radford bought but didn't use? Google hasn't been very forthcoming, so do any of you out there know for sure?
If I were a gambling man, I'd say that only a handful of cars were made but would be interested to know exactly.
