I thought as we had an AF thread I'd start a BBQ one.

Recently purchased a Grillstream Dual Fuel, need ideas for arteries to be clogged!

Snap! Recently got rid of my big 6 burner Outback and replaced it with a Carbon 3-burner.

So far I've done Halloumi, Chicken Drumsticks, Pork Loin steaks, ribeye steaks, beef kebabs and mushroom kebabs.

Only used the charcoal option on one cook. Used some Aussie Heat Beads, I wouldn't use them again. Took far too long to get any heat out of them and then they stayed hot for over 5 hours. Might try lumpwood next time.
