deactivate the alarm./getting in.

is there a known way of getting into the cerbera,,and deactivating the alarm,,for some reason the door on my Cerb door did not open as i held the alarm button down for two long,,,then all was ok! But then i thought,,how would i get in or deactivate the thing if i did have a problem,,,any ideas of course mail me,,, [e-mail] thanks paul
