How hard can it be?...

I am TRYING to buy a car from Stratstone Western Ave. So far a last minute cancelled viewing (Car broken) multiple calls and emails to get an update and a date to view, emails ignored, calls not responded to, updates promised but not given . Has any else got any experience of this 'Main Dealer'?

It’s an excellent dealer in my eyes - I’ll send them this message but if you want me to get them to contact you I will. I have bought three cars from here

That seems to be normal nowadays for many businesses. I get the same From numerous suppliers. The staff get paid the same whether they bother to work or not, so they do as little as possible for the same salary

its spelt Pietro, I know this as he is the only other one I have ever met, and that's saying something as I grew up in a huge London Italian community ; )

I've found them really responsive in trying to help me find a car.
