ADVERT STILL LIVE AFTER BUYING A CAR THROUGH PH IN APRIL!

Greetings!
I bought a car via PH classifieds in April, if I google my number plate the car still appears on a search with the listing, all be it is a SOLD advert none the less various key information is still public.
I have a feeling the previous owner needs to mark listing as completed instead of Sold, however given the fact he hasn’t responded to a single message I have sent to him since buying the car he won’t bother!!
Can anyone help or more importantly PH respond to my previous emails I have sent in over the last week?
