Mekies named CEO is what i've seen reported- TP not mentioned in the Red bull statement quotes that i can see anywhere so could be a twist yet to come

Mekies is a really good hire, he's been a great TP of a junior team. It's going to be a bumpy few years, but he isn't responsible for the current trajectory, so if LM can turn things around it'll look very good.

Wache needs to go. Remember Horner saying that AN is just one man and we have Pierre Wache? The heavily beshat bed that Wache is currently wallowing in suggests that wasn't a good move.

That's what I was thinking.

Like him or not he's done a lot for the sport and this is a huge call from RB*.

*assuming there isn't more damning debauchery imminent

Horner out
Oakes just installed at Alpine and Flavio being reported as heading out the door

Maybe we'll see Horner and Oakes combine to buyout a chunk or even all of 75% of alpine that renault owns.
