What s this carpet lining called?

I’ve had to pull apart some the rear boot carpet following a leak from an engine oil container.

Its has soaked through most of the carpet and into the white fibrous padding.

Does anyone know what this stuff is called? I’m hoping I can order sheets and cut it to size to replace the oil soaked sections?
