3rd Party Direct Repair Claim

The right side of my front bumper was damaged by an ambulance, and their insurer has accepted full liability and will be covering the repair.
While my car is in the shop, I’d like to also have some cosmetic scratches on the left-hand side of the bumper fixed.

Has anyone successfully arranged for both insurer-covered and out-of-pocket repairs to be done at the same time?

Any advice on how to coordinate this with the body shop?

I've done this before, just ask the body shop how much more to repaint the whole bumper.
