Wheel nut torque settings ??????

Just wondered if there was any data on what the wheel nuts should be tightened to....

when I got my new tyres on Saturday I was asked what torque the nuts should be as they didn't have it listed on their data sheet. Couldn't answer them so just shrugged my shoulders.....

So they set them to 130 NM what ever that is (apparently the same as some of the Porkers) with a note for me to get them checked...... obviously an arse covering tattic

I use about 70-75 lb/ft.

Yep, 100Nm is about 70-75 lb-ft

Also use 75ft lb
