Sonos speakers - how to remove and re-add?

I've got a Sonos Arc soundbar with a sub grouped under "Living Room" on the Sonos app. I've just added the Era 100 speakers that came with the Arc bundle but think I've messed up.

I want the Eras to be surround speakers but instead of adding them as surround speakers to the existing Arc system, I've created a new system "Living Room 2".

I can't find method to move the Eras to the original system as surrounds, or to remove them and start again.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Probably easiest to factory reset the speakers so that you controller doesn't recognise them and reintroduce them as new speakers in the way you want to:

Seems I was being impatient. One of the Eras was stuck in an update loop and the Sonus logic (from googling) is it will only allow a Surround setup if it sees both surround speakers.
