Hunter Road Force Balancing - Hampshire
Discussion
Can anyone recommend an excellent tyre/wheel specialist that specifically uses a Hunter Road Force Balancing machine in Hampshire?
I've now had my wheels rebalanced 3 times by 3 different garages/wheel specialists, each time I'm told they are slightly out and each time the vibration I have through the car remains.
I've been told that having them balanced using road force balancing is a must.
Thanks

Which vehicle is it?
I d worry less about the tool they re using, and more about the process and experience of the garage with your particular vehicle.

What makes you say that? The reason I am curious to try the Hunter Road Force Balancer is because I am clearly getting inconsistent results from garages using various balancing machines. First garage was an alloy wheel specialist who specialise in refurbs, alignment and balancing. They told me the wheels were slightly out of balance. They adjusted the weights, yet the issue remained exactly the same.
Second garage were a VAG Specialist that I use. They told me that when they balanced the wheels, they were out, so they re-balanced along with checking various other components, suspension, brakes, hubs, etc. Issue remains.
Third garage was another wheel/tyre specialist. They told me that the wheels are out of balance. Re-balanced, issue better than before, but remains.
Other option is to try a different set of wheels/tyres, but hard to source for my car. So before doing that or investigating further, I was curious to try road force balancing which after doing some research online I am told it can resolve issues that standard wheel balancing machines cannot.

When I had a Cayman S it too had a similar vibration to that mentioned in the above thread shortly after having new tyres fitted. I also took my car to Christchurch Tyres, the outcome was pretty much like that in the thread I quoted. My car had wheel spacers and removing them improved matters but it was never perfect.
