Anti-Flooding

I've mentioned this before, but editing your own post really should be excluded from the anti-flooding guard.

You make a post, you hit Submit, you instantly see you made an error (yes, yes, should have Previewed / Proof-Read first), you select edit, and you are told you have to wait for Anti-Flooding. Only editing your own post is not flooding.
