997 GT3 RS - What Are Your Views?

It seems to me that this is probably the pick of the bunch when it comes to ownership enjoyment and future collectability, I'd love to hear your thoughts? I love the gen1 3.6, it just looks cleaner imo and the prices seem to be a great bang per buck.

I have a 996GT2 and a few other nice things, but I'd love to have the mentioned above in the stable. That said there are not many for sale / much to choose from at the moment!
