Castle Combe Marshals

Been on PH a few years. And thought I would ask as I've
Started Marshalling at combe this year, was just wondering if anyone fellow PH'ers are marshals.

Found it to be pretty addictive and after a few events since the start of the racing season have signed up for Silverstone events. Plus a few events at Mallorys etc.

And if anyone has wanted to sign up to be a marshal to support events you enjoy and love, dont do what I have done. Leaving it for to long before taking the plunge.

Plus the marshals at combe who arrange it are a excellent bunch of people

I did it years ago (like, 20 years!) - great way to get close to the racing. Would struggle to find the time these days.

A retired mechanic I have used/known for years does it at Combe and Silverstone for the F1, he is in his late 70's now and still enjoys doing it

Got Combe this Bank holiday Monday, Mallory next Sat and Silverstone the following weekend before going to the Revival.
