Racing game choices on GeForceNow is a bit limited, Forza is good fun but I really miss a more dedicated racing game and sadly the latest F1 games aren't on GFN. Last week Le Mans Unlimited got released to run on GFN, I wasn't sure what to make of it, especially as I've never not really got on with AC.
But the £15 price on CDkeys convinced me to give it a go and I've been pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure why but the 'drive' feels better than on Forza with same car/track even on just the game pad, and it reminds me of F1 2020, the last racing game I really enjoyed.
The graphics are also surprisingly good, given the game is more 'sim' than fancy ray tracing etc, even when projected to 100inch screen it looks almost as good as Forza. The number of cars the engine can display seems quite mad, 54 seems to give game engine limit!!!

The bad bits are on GFN you need a mouse to really work it like AC, but once setup you can get away with forcing the controller into mouse mode to navigate the menues. Than there is DLC packs which contain quite a number of additional tracks, not expensive especially on CDkeys but annoying to have to pay for more tracks.
Still overall seems like a really good racing game, not sure if anyone else has tried it, but there seems to be plenty of online options.

No time or real need for a gaming PC for me sadly, so just playing on GFN with a pad. May feel like an odd thing to say given I've never ever sat in let alone driven any of the cars in the game or tracks IRL, but genuinely the driving 'feels' more real but at the same time more fun than Forza.
The graphics have really surprised me as they really look great, but it's the game play that fab. The Ai is really good, and with no flashbacks you really have to focus and not throw away a whole race with a wild lunge but to make a move on closely matched Ai you do have to take some chances.
Last night after a few laps at Spa and been able to make a pass, a spinning car ahead gave an opening which I couldn't resist but send a lunge..........really rewarding to than pull it off and make the pass stick, essentially just a very good game that makes me smile more than driving IRL

Managed to find time to get a good 30 minute race in, the Ai is really good. They actively cover off the inside line, will happily run you wide if needed but also make mistakes, the racing reminds me of 1990s TOCA.I do hope the developers add in ray tracing to the graphics engine. I asked Copilot to add more shadow detail to the cockpit screen shot above and the results look fab, probably as good as Forza, sadly no game is perfect but improving graphics are far easier to sort out than game play issues.

I did try it, and found it not to my tastes, the braking was truly awful, no matter what you did the brakes locked incredibly easily, and yes I am used to ABS in some games, but I also used to play some very good mods in Ractor that had great braking. And have never had braking issues in Iracing or other sims, but it hugely affected my enjoyment of LMU, especially in prototypes, just ruined the feel for me.
I was finding I had to dial the braking percentage in game down as low as 60% at times, which just felt like a bug to me.
It was also lucky to find a break in sim releases to capitalise on ACC dying out a bit, but thry also wanted you to pretty much pa6 for updates.
In fairness they have sermed to improve it
But going honest, being asked to pay for dlc for what was basically a demo left me cold, they had no money and relied on people's desperation to play, this company has a very poor recent record sadly., dropping an Indycar, btcc and nascar game, felt like they were asking you to fund them, which I felt was wrong.
