Hello all, first post. We are trying to locate our old vw beetle, a lovely 1968 beige 1500 we restored about 25 yrs ago. Anyone seen this or know how we can find it. It looks as if its still in the UK…sold in 2009. Can we post a pic of it here?

Well, it’s still taxed, last MOT was 2017 although I guess it won’t ‘need’ one now due to its age and listed as beige.

And yes to pics!!

Tks yes was lovely. My dad used to buy bashed up beetles in those days (late 80’s) for sometimes £50 and restore to them to perfection. The beige one was his last one that we kept the longest so I remember it the most. Here’s another pic of it in front of our old house.
