It looks to me like the Diversity officer is herself black, so the racist tag is a tricky one.

If you're attacking someone whilst telling them to "go back to your country, you bloody Indians." I don't think it's a tricky one at all especially with a guilty plea to racially-aggravated threatening behaviour.

My main issue with this is how do you pronounce dloody indians?

Currently I am going with derloody rather than derluddy.

Thoughts?

A name like that would make him a shoe in for his job. Lucky for him he wasn't called John Smith.

I didn't know where this thread would end up but I certainly wasn't expecting anyone to suggest assaulting someone screaming "go back to your own country" and "bloody Indians" wasn't racist.
