2002 Honda S2000 GT

Hi there, there should be the video on YouTube that the photographer took, however here is a video of me taking it out of storage.
The click you hear during the video is just a piece of wood that was under the car.
The engine sounds as its always done, very smooth. I've done the recommended servicing and when I was doing more miles in it i was also doing mid service oil and filter changes myself. Later on I was only doing about 1,000 miles a year so not really necessary.
Whenever starting after any period of layup I would remove the fuel pump fuse and spin the engine over prior to starting to circulate the oil.
The engine is all original, the only part Honda recommended changing once was from memory the chain guide, however there was no rattle before, or after they did the work.
Just let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards
Carl

Hi
Any paintwork or repairs over the time you’ve owned the car ?
Cheers Russ
Hi Russ, thanks for the question and I can confirm that during my ownership the car has never required any repair work or paint. All original and I've looked after it as best I could.Any paintwork or repairs over the time you’ve owned the car ?
Cheers Russ
Always garaged and covered with a blanket. Even on trips I would take a soft cover and the car cover.

Carl
They must have been painted by the original owner. During my time, I replaced the front pads - only to stop Honda mentioning that they require renewal on the service documents, even though they were only half worn.
Otherwise the discs and rear pads are original. The car was never stored with wet brakes after cleaning.

Thanks Russ,
I had forgotten that these were fitted before I bought the car and the original plastics are underneath the mesh.
It's one of the changes that the original owner made that I thought were in good taste and set the car appart when parked next to another S2000.
If you need any further information just let me know.
