Have a SGS jack like this one: https://www.sgs-engineering.com/tjl2-2-tonne-low-p...

It's over 2 years old so out of warranty but it has now started to leak from the filler plug which means it isn't holding pressure. I tried to replace the o-ring but didn't seem to work and thinking it was the wrong size. The manual doesn't state what size so long was wondering if anybody has done this repair and got it to work?

My suggestion is to look through the Sealey catalogue and see if you can find a similar design of jack - they have exploded parts diagrams and might sell the part you need.

A lot of their stuff is just rebrands all from the same factory.

The bill of materials is quite scant for info on part dimensions.

Give them a call and ask how much they charge? It might be reasonably cheap.

The filler plug just seals the reservoir, that shouldn’t affect the jack operation.
