I know Center Gravity is generally the first company on most people's lips, but I'm in Essex and there are a few other closer for the drive over on "eyeballed" geometry as I'll be fitting some new arms. A couple of good local places will do it to my specs (not sure what works on a 996), but I think I'd rather a CG type service.
I have places like Perfect Touch/JZM/Design 911 even fairly local. Do any of these guys offer a comparable service to CG?

Not Perfect Touch, no. JZM yes, or you can go into Herts and find Friends Green Porsche, AMS, RSJ, etc.
Before you do anything and as you’re replace parts, see if the Eccentric bolts that connect the coffin arms to the chassis, are free moving. If they’re not, the aluminium part fuses with the steel bolt, you’ll have to cut them off to move them - if you’re changing them you’ll soon find out.
Once they’re free, in my view before the Alignment Gods chip in, you can take it to any shop with a decent alignment tool and dial in stock settings.

I've used Tognola Engineering near Windsor in the past, a little way from Essex but still closer than Centre Gravity and very knowledgeable owner.
