My wife saw this and sent it to me. It's stuff like this that pisses me off about scotgov etc

They love a quick ban or legislative slap dash, but here we are with no legal protections on selling stuff that 10 times stronger nicotine than a cigarette to children, aimed squarely at kids looking like sweets.

They could ban this in a day f they wanted to.

It will probably get banned but I feel stuff like this and the disposable vapes need to be put out faster as you see the rubbish everywhere here and it's mostly kids doing it.

You just know in 20 years time we're going to be seeing all new lung diseases from vape use.

I mistakenly thought these were banned in the 1980’s with the ‘Skoal Bandits’ pouches that basically gave you mouth cancer within a fairly short period of use - obviously i’m wrong or are these a different (but kind of the same) product?

I didn’t say it was. I was explaining why it’s not under the same restrictions as cigarettes.
