My chosen store (Costa) cancelled my order.

On the TGTG App you can access your previous orders and it will show their status.

In this particular case the update stated that the refund should show on my account by the third of August. Nothing has turned up yet.

Payment was by PayPal and my current account account Debit Card is linked to that account.

My PayPal Account is not showing a refund either.

Has anyone here been in this situation and did you get a refund eventually?

I have emailed TGTG and they have asked me to contact my Bank in the first instance and then come back to them if necessary.

I will contact my Bank when I have enough time to wait in their telephone queue....

Whenever I've done this, the payment notification comes through as a pending transaction, which then gets cancelled if the store cancels the transaction. That was 2023, though, I haven't used the service since then as the most useful one for me never seems to have anything available.
