Whacky Motor Museum
Discussion
I have just got back from my Lion's tour. Whilst in Melbourne we took a drive out to an area called Arthur's Seat. By chance we came across a motor Museum called Charlies, we also met Charlie who is in his '90's.
What a strange mix of of cars and bikes, mostly British, combined with automobilia, pictures, furniture, and thousands of models mostly cars but also ships and planes. He seemed to have a thing about three wheelers, several Reliants, a couple of Bond Bugs and even two Sinclair C5's. All in all a really random collection. We spent a couple of hours there and really enjoyed our visit.

Which means the lot will probably be available through an auction house soon

I think Charlie, who has spent years setting up that wonderful museum, has made a will with instructions to keep it going as it is. Hopefully run by his family.
Rather hope County Classics Motor Museum in Taunton will keep going despite the terrible news https://www.somersetlive.co.uk/news/somerset-news/...Gassing Station | Classic Cars and Yesterday's Heroes | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
