Off to Comporta in Portugal early October then onto Lisbon for a few nights.

Whilst visited Lisbon before which we really enjoyed just wondered if anyone has been just down the coast.

Did fancy Evora too.

cascais on the on the Lisbon coast is ok for a wander around and a lunch by the sea. you can get there by train or bus from Lisbon

Evora too is good for a stroll etc, but this time of year it gets a bit roasted (today its 34 but next week 39+) because of its central inland position

Thanks for the reply.
We are in Comporta early October. From what I’ve read looks a nice laid back area.
As regarding temperature should be early 20’s I’d guess. Sea will be a bit fresh mind.

Maybe Evora if it’s not beach weather. Looks a nice town and so does Tomar to the north of Lisbon.

Visited Cascais before and had some great seafood near the marina washed down with a bottle of Alvarinho.
