Jaguar F-Pace - are they a decent option?

A relative is considering buying a 2021 F-Pace P400e. My knowledge of JLR products largely stems from reading various threads and social media posts on thefts/poor reliability/poor dealership experiences. Of course these are never the full story, so I'd be grateful if anyone has personal experience with these and would recommend them.
