Vile.

Completely and utterly vile.

Take all the worst features of a car and a bike and put them together in one vehicle.

Is it a err...trike..but sort of backwards..in reverse...a cartrike..

Oh I fking give up!

In any case, the world needs these sort of people, absolutely, completely off their rocker.

You can imagine that everyone he told that he was going to do this, probably including his wife will have laughed at him not believing he would actually go through with it !

It's st. In fact really st, but the guy has skills...

That is brilliantly bonkers! Do you know if he was running the Hyundai motor or the Goldwing one, and which wheel(s) were driven?

That's what I think every time I see a trike.

Your right of course, but I am glad we still live in a world where loons like this can create something unique.

I would have a go on it, just for giggles.

100% this. Definitely not for me but I'm really glad such things can and are still being built. I'd love a go though I'd also look forward to handing the keys back.

It's brilliant.
The fact that someone bought a new car do do this, hacked it up and actually built it is amazing.
Yes, it's mind bogglingly awful but still, it's an incredible achievement.
I especially love the yellow central steering wheelrofl
Genius..vomit inducing but genuinely genius.

It makes more sense than a Reliant. smile

There have been approximately a million trike designs with that configuration - production, kit car, and one-offs.

As far as car-based devices are concerned, BMC Mini and Citroen 2CV were popular choices in the UK, for obvious reasons.

ABC Tricar

Falcon

Long before the Can-Am, there was the Stimson Scorcher. smile i suppose the Can-Am makes more sense if there are more sunny days and bikes aren't allowed to "lane split".

I know which side of the line he ended up on, and the fact he is a Quebecer just made me laugh for longer!

I've always been into bikes and cars, but trikes just seem pointless to me.

Let me offer for your perusal this beauty, the Landun LD1800ZD: The Future of Three-Wheeled Motorcycles.

[url]|https://forums-images.pistonheads.com/397604/20250811328752[/url
1800 cc

However, may not be quite so bodgit as appearances suggest, although. IMO it looks a car with a motorcycle tacked on the back.

Information is scant, so far only released in the Mainland Chinese market.

But the price suggests otherwise, seems to have quite a following back home’ although not sure if that’s as a status symbol or a usable machine with a price tag of $39,800 .

Since posting a couple of details have come to light, while I’m sure these are not firsts for a motorcycle, they may be a first for a mass produced trike, or certainly (very niche) a reverse trike.

Front wheel drive.

Powered by diesel engine (1800cc)

Interesting combination, not sure what it would ride like.

I do like a reverse trike (and if space and funds allowed I would add one to the stable), but this one is an utter abomination.
