Hi all,
We've got a 2023 e2008. I appreciate the car will need a 'service' to maintain the standard 3 year warranty. Does anyone know whether we would be expected to maintain the annual servicing to keep the battery warranty too please? I have asked Peugeot but it was a vague answer by a generic call handler weighted towards taking the car to the dealer as often as possible. I even had a call the other day suggesting the tyres could be worn following the tread level check on the warranty job (boot struts) so they're keen for my business. Many thanks

Different manufacturer but this is the response I got from BMW when I asked the same question.

"I can tell you that you will need to meet all service requirements in order to keep your warranty valid, however you do not need to service your car at a BMW Approved Centre.

You can get your car serviced at a third party garage as long as they use all BMW Approved parts and you get a invoice with a breakdown of all the work performed."

Thank you. I just have to convince my local garage to change the pollen filter and give it a wash then!
