Hi all,

In days of old I had a Lineone email address which i could use access to. It is the recovery email to my wifes Google account which she's locked out of and the only way we see to recover is for me to access my old email account. Anyone learned in this area able to help? TIA all.

LineOne, that brings back some memories...

Any particular reason why you want Pop3 access rather than IMAP?

Have you tried these settings in an email client: https://www.getmailbird.com/setup/access-lineone-n...

PS: you should read this if you're no longer a paying customer of TalkTalk: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2025/07/tal...

I'd certainly be changing my recovery email address.

You may be able to log in to their webmail portal?
It will probably redirect to talktalk's webmail.

I have a onetel email address which is now receive-only, after something like 25 years of free service!

I thought it had to be pop3 but I'm no expert lol, and I can't recall the password either. Mailbird picked up the server settings but without my password I'm lost, was worth a bash though, thanks again.
