I am finding they generally do not come with tow bar preparation, but I’ve had a 2010, 2018 & 2022 A4 Avant (not RS) and had no issues fitting tow bars afterwards at my local specialist..
I don't think it's possible with DRC due to control valve placement, and even if your car doesn't have DRC I suspect the rear diffuser may get in the way.
