Roblox Parental Controls

I'm having an issue with the parental controls on Roblox. I have linked my son's account to my account as required, however whenever I try to access parental controls within settings in my account, his username flashes up for about a second and then disappears. I've contacted Roblox support and they've just said it's a known problem i.e. they are f-ing useless and basically i have no parental control. Has anyone got any experience of this problem and a solution?

Have you tried logging onto your account on another device?

I'm sure i had something similar while back.
