Matcha/Mushroom Coffee/Tea

Seeing a lot of ads on Facebook for this recently.

All sorts of claims being made for beneficial health effects.

Has anyone on here tried it? What did you think of it?

I’ve just ordered one called Fifth Ray which is aimed at IBD sufferers (I have Crohns Disease) not particularly cheap but seems to have plenty of positive reviews.

I don’t normally ‘fall’ for these things and I’m not expecting miracles, or to come off my meds, but if it does just a little bit to help carry me through my 8 weekly IV cycles then it’ll be worth a try.

Should turn up next week and will feed back.
