For me, they are not really a suitable pond fish unless you have lake sized pond, but please read the below links for a basic understanding of their requirements....

Sturgeon need a huge pond. Like 6ft deep / 5000 litres minimum and ideally much much bigger.

You're going to need a lot more digging for your caviar farm.

OK looks like Gold Fish then smile
But at £120 a Sturgeon it's a bit of a waste of money if it dies in a week frown

They grow quickly! Mine was about 7 inches when purchased, it's now around 2 feet long 3 years later, if not more. Pond is prob 8000 litres.

That pond doesn't look big? We had one in Wales about that size, 3-4 foot deep, 6 foot across. We had three goldfish, newts and frogs

there is an old mushroom farm near me, that has several large ponds, full of sturgeon,
once a year they "milk" them, and put them back in the tank,

the caviar sells at a premium as the fish lives,

A local aquatics centre had one a few years ago
