Electric uf heating and LVT

I have a uninsulated concrete floor that I want to fit electric underfloor heating on and an Amtico type product.
My idea is to fit 10mm Wedi type boards to the concrete to insulate a little, then set the uf cable in self levelling before laying the LVT.
My concern is whether a heavy item dropped could break through the self levelling and into the board. Presumably, there is a minimum thickness of self levelling to avoid this?
Any advice welcome.
