Curious what people’s experiences are with Auto 100. Mixed trust pilot reviews for sure. I enquired about a car, got close to a deal and the promised follow up never happened and they now have ghosted me??? Literally not returning calls seems discourteous

I have dealt with them.

They have a really impressive facility, in which they store some lovely cars.

A good friend purchased an F8 from them and was happy with the overall experience.

Was just going to post that Emira buyers had a far from satisfactory time from what I recall, basically told by Auto 100 to do one with any come back niggles.
They often have the lower end of the market pricing and obviously move a lot of cars, but I don't think I'd use them myself.

I am not of course suggesting that Auto 100 is an example of this. But there is a business model where dealers sell cheaply at low margins and then are just really hard-nosed about any redress.

I've bought from them.

I found them to be efficient, honest and a good sales price.

It feels like a pile it high sell em cheap place but a hassle free experience.

I'd buy from them again.

They make it very clear you have to go to the manufacturer for any issues.

They ghost you regardless once they have your money. If you spend £300K on a couple of rare Porsches or £70K on a Lotus Emira you get the same ghost treatment!

Its more of a car warehouse full of around £28M of stock than proper dealer as they do not really offer any dealer facilities except finance.

Personally I would not buy from them again as the ghosting can easily be misconstrued as lack of aftersales customer care....

It seems that if you have any problems after sale then people are not impressed.

What I liked was being left alone to look at the car, told I can take it out for as long a drive as I needed to be happy with it and the price was really attractive.

The car was faultless so that obviously helped my experience.
