Hot hatch 12-15k

Good morning ,

Looking for a fast non modified hatchback to run alongside A vw transporter.

Previously owned 2 x m140 , a mk7 golf r , scirocco, civic type r , Astra Sri , 206 gti etc .

Allowing upto 15k really

Main thoughts so far are a mk7 golf gti .

Needs to be a hatchback as otherwise I’d be more open to Porsche cayman, 350z , z4 etc .

Prefer little to no mods.

Any recommendations welcome

I would look at the size smaller, I’ve always found them to be more fun as obviously they are a lot lighter, so if you can stretch the budget a bit i20N , which I’ve owned, or what I currently have fiesta ST, both fantastic cars to drive a good B road, I actually went for the older fiesta as I wanted the 4 cylinder engine , it’s now about 240bhp which makes for a very entertaining drive!
