DB11 A/C drain hose

Hi Guys

Ive got a bit of a leak inside the car under the passenger footwell, on the right side (towards the gear and away from door). It only leaks when the a/c is on. After reading about this issue online, Im almost certain its a clogged a/c drain hose.

Has anybody has any success doing this at home, is it easily accessible? Failing that should I just take it to a local garage? Doesnt seem to make sense to take it to an official aston repairer.
