Help Locating Tone Ring for 2005 Jeep Wrangler 2.4 Manual

I own a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ 2.4 Manual Left Hand Drive, and I desperately need a part called a Tone Ring. I've been told it is the pick-up for the Camshaft Sensor for Synchronisation

Any advice on where I can find would be much appreciated.
