noise !!!!

I run 2.7 tip 03 When I stop after a journey and the engine is at idle I hear a rumble sound followed by what sounds like a hair dryer it is not the cooling fan lasts for 15 seconds in all can any one tell what it might be.

Hi,

You're most likely hearing the Engine Bay Cooling Fan. It's located on the Right side, behind the quarter panel vent. It's thermostatically activated when the heat threshold in the Engine Bay is reached and will quit once the heat drops... in other words, they all do that sir...
