Automation for a Manual Test Engineer

I'm a manual software test engineer/analyst (title depended on the organization) for 15 years and currently interviewing for an organization and I have got through the first two rounds of interviews and now they want me to do an presentation on the future of Automation at xxx ltd.

As such I would like to know of any No code automation software tools that I can recommend as if I'm selected I need to implement it, so it has to be a No code option, please give me your thoughts on this

UI and API calls but mostly UI as per the instructions received so far
