Sky + HD box ( no signal )

Hi , i a sky sat box that i have not used for a number of years since canceling my subscription ..Nothing as changed otr been moved since its just been sat in the cabinet ,however i have just purchased a new TV and thought i would set up the Box in order to get freesat i went through the TV set up and no channels found and found out since that the box is saying No signal so basically i am not getting a satellite signal ,the dish and cables have not been touched .

I can set up the box via my router that went fine just wondering why i cant get a signal (or can sky cut it off ,or could my box just be to old now .I dont mind purchasing a freesat box but that would be pointless if i cant get a signal could anyone help as to what i can try to help find my issue ..Thanks

Your box may be too old.
Sky +HD was gettingvphased out 10 years ago for Sky Q.

Most likely the LNB on the dish has failed, these are about £15 on eBay.

My version number is 4f31ea so not sure ,i have 4 cables coming from my LNB and all four are showing no signal ..
